In response to the invasion of Ukraine, the 2022 Social Justice class committed itself to supporting relief efforts for Ukrainian families and displaced Ukrainians in B.C. Through weekly bake sales, this year's class was able to raise $1,200.

In honour of Canada's first 'National Day for Truth and Reconciliation' the 2021 Social Justice class raised funds as part of a week-long community campaign.
Students selected UNYA because of its expansive programs that help Indigenous youth explore their personal goals - for education, work, culture, and life.
When the 2020 Australian bushfires destroyed 80 percent of the Koalas habitat, the Social Justice class decided to fundraise for the "Koala Hospital."
Donations went toward the rescue and treatment of sick and injured koalas, as well as the release back to their home range, and preservation and expansion of their habitat.
Seeing the impact of plastics on local wildlife and their ecosystems, the 2019 Social Justice class partnered with Rice Straw Technologies to sell sustainably packaged bubble tea.
In addition, reusable metal straw were sold to students and throughout the community. All proceeds went to the World Wildlife Federation (WWF).
